You Only Have Seven Seconds has been selected as an Official Selection of the Neu Wave AI Film Festival 2026 in Los Angeles.

Co-Chair | IEEE VIS Arts Program 2026

I am serving as a co-chair of the IEEE VIS Arts Program (VISAP) 2026 alongside Dario Rodighiero and Sarah Williams. This year’s theme, Amplification, invites critical, poetic, and equitable approaches to data visualization art and design. VISAP 2026 will take place November 9–13 at MIT’s Met Warehouse in Boston, with the keynote and exhibition opening on November 11.

I co-moderated A New Assemblage: Rethinking Audiovisual Creativity with Generative AI with Weilu Ge for ACM SIGGRAPH DAC SPARKS on September 11, 2026. The session brought together eight artists and researchers to discuss perception, creative agency, labor, archives, and responsibility in generative audiovisual practice. llection was made in 2022, at a moment when it felt like a timely project. Today, after several years of extraordinarily rapid change in AI, the work already feels almost like an artifact from an earlier technological era,a small “antique” from 2022. The project began with witnessing my grandmother’s gradual memory loss. We asked whether fragmented language of fading memories could be expanded into a complete visual narrative, and whether artificial intelligence might offer a new way of approaching memory by reimagining what might exist around what has been forgotten.

Over the past few years, ReCollection has traveled to many countries. Visitors from different cultural backgrounds have whispered memories in different languages, allowing the work to continuously transform through their personal stories. Watching the installation create connections between people, languages, and experiences has been deeply meaningful to us. In many ways, each encounter has helped the artwork become more complete.

Today, ReCollection enters a new chapter at ZKM Karlsruhe, Center for Art and Media an institution we admire and where it is presented as part of Silver Egg: The Eros of Media Art for a seven-month exhibition. This feels like an especially meaningful moment and we are truly excited，humble，and moved to see it here.

Exhibition | ICFF Lavazza IncluCity Festival Artificial Visions

Happy to share that I will be joining AiRTIFICIAL VISIONS 2026 at ICFF Lavazza IncluCity Festival in Toronto, presented two works and join a panel at Illuminarium Toronto from June 25 to July 25, 2026.

This immersive exhibition brings together international artists exploring identity, memory, and the human figure through artificial intelligence. Many thanks for the invitation from Cristiano de Florentiis, and Illuminarium Toronto for making this possible.
